Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  Carrots 500 Gram, grated
  Lemon juice 5 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Soft light brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place carrots in a salad bowl.
Combine lemon juice, salt, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; stir until sugar has dissolved.
Pour dressing over carrots; toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate until required.
