Kraut salad or sauerkraut salad is a mixed vegetable salad. Made with added veggies and dressed with oil with sugar to balance the sourness, the sauerkraut salad is prepped witg pimientos and can be chilled to serve too.
Ingredients
  Sauerkraut with juice 20 Ounce (One #2 Can)
  Chopped sweet pickles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pimentos 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
Directions

Toss; eat and enjoy.
Can refrigerate; keeps real good.
