Pineapple And Avocado Salad

  Pineapples 3 Small
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Grated root ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 125 Milliliter
  Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Avocados 2 , halved, stoned and peeled

Cut pineapples in half, through the leaves.
Scoop out flesh, chop it roughly and drain on paper towels; reserve shells.
Cut the avocados into chunks.
Combine mayonnaise, chives, cayenne, ginger and paprika in a bowl.
Add pineapple and avocado and mix lightly.
Spoon mixture into pineapple shells and serve at once.
