Shrimp Salad

Shimp salad prepared with fresh cooked shrimp and celery is a simple yet appetizing salad. Flavored with a bit of horseradish, this shrimp salad is tossed with miracle whip for a nice texture to it.
Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Miracle whip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 2 Ounce
Directions

Boil shrimp in clear water until they turn light pink.
Drain and chill.
Cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces, then place in medium mixing bowl.
Add celery, Miracle Whip and horseradish.
Mix well
