Shimp salad prepared with fresh cooked shrimp and celery is a simple yet appetizing salad. Flavored with a bit of horseradish, this shrimp salad is tossed with miracle whip for a nice texture to it.
|Shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Miracle whip||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Ounce|
Boil shrimp in clear water until they turn light pink.
Drain and chill.
Cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces, then place in medium mixing bowl.
Add celery, Miracle Whip and horseradish.
