Chilled Cashew And Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hidden valley original dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon strip 8 , cooked crisp and crumbled
Directions

Combine all ingredients except nuts and cauliflower.
Chill well.
Add nuts and cauliflower shortly before serving.
