Mashed Potato Salad

The mashed potato salad is an absolitely delicious salad made with cooked potatoes mashed with mayonnaise and celery. Combined with vinegar for taste, the mashed potato salad has eggs in it and is a real delight with any meal of choice!
Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium, pared
  Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped sweet pickle 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , sliced
  Chopped canned pimiento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water till tender.
Drain and mash.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, celery salt, and dash pepper; stir into hot mashed potatoes.
Add pickle, celery, and onion; mix well.
Fold in hard-cooked eggs and pimiento
