Chef's Garden Salad

Chef's garden salad is a meat and egg vegetable salad prepared with ham and chicken strips. Tossed with lettuce, celery and tomatoes, the chef's garden salad is dressed with savory thousand isalnd dressing and can be served with any meal of choice.
|Head of lettuce||1 Large, torn into bite size pieces|
|Tomato||1 , cut into wedges|
|Cucumber||1 Small, sliced|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thousand island dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Julienne Strips)|
|Cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Julienne Strips)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Julienne Strips)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Add 1/2 cup dressing, tossing well.
Arrange ham, chicken, cheese, and eggs on salad.
