Modern Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, crushed
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bread slices 3 , cubed
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1 Ounce, crumbled
  Torn romaine 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

For dressing, shake together salad oil, red wine vinegar, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in screw-top jar.
Refrigerate a few hours or overnight to blend flavors.
Toast bread cubes in slow oven (225°) for 2 hours.
