Ingredients
  Tomatillos 8 , husks removed and fruit sliced (Fresh / Canned)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Cucumber 1 Medium, sliced
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
