Ingredients
  Giardiniera 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, coarsely chopped
  Celery stalks with leaves 6 Large, coarsely chopped
  Pitted green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped italian parsley 2 Tablespoon (Fresh Leaves)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery leaves 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
Garnish with celery leaves to serve.
