Lettuce Salad With Lemon Vinaigrette
|Salad green leaves||6 (Assorted, To Line Platter)|
|Bean sprout||60 Gram|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Arrange lettuce leaves and beansprouts on a platter.
Pare a strip of rind from the lemon, cut it into fine strips and strew on top of leaves.
Segment, then chop lemon flesh and add it to platter.
Combine lemon juice, oil, honey and pepper in a bowl; whisk thoroghly.
Pour over salad and serve at once.
