Christmas Eve Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Medium, shredded
  Cooked beets 8 Small, peeled and thinly sliced
  Oranges 4 , peeled and thinly sliced
  Red apples 4 , unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
  Bananas 4 , thinly sliced
  Pineapple/1 can /1 pound 14 ounce pineapple chunks, drained 1 , peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  Limes 3 , peeled and thinly sliced
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pomegranates 2 (Use Seeds)
  Salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put lettuce in large shallow bowl and arrange beets, oranges, apples, bananas, pineapple, and limes over it, sprinkling with sugar if sweetness is desired.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and peanuts over all.
Mix oil with vinegar and salt to taste.
