Sauerkraut salad is a mixed vegetable salad prepared with vinegar and oil dressing. Sweetened a little to taste, the sauerkraut salad is spiced with pimientos in it.
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced pimiento||2 Ounce, undrained (1 Jar)|
Combine vinegar, oil, and sugar in a large bowl; stir well.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring to coat all vegetables.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours
