Celery Root Salad is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. Try this delicious Celery Root Salad; I am sure you and your loved ones will always crave for more.
  Celery roots 2
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste

1. Cook the celery roots, covered, in boiling salted water until tender. Cool, peel and slice into thin strips.
2. Combine the onion, oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper and blend well. Marinate the celery roots in the mixture overnight in the refrigerator
