  Cucumbers 2 , diced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Combine cucumbers and garlic.
Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and glutamate.
Mix well.
This salad tastes much better if prepared a few hours before serving.
