Pasta And Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Small shell pasta 300 Gram
  Butter 60 Gram
  Shelled broad beans 500 Gram
  Crushed black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Sambal oelek/Tabasco sauce to taste 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock/Vegetable stock 600 Milliliter
  Radishes 12 , thinly sliced
  Chopped fresh parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 60 Gram
Directions

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until just tender; drain.
Heat butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
Add broad beans, pepper and sambal oelek or tabasco.
Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
Add stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes; drain.
Mix pasta and broad bean mixture in a salad bowl.
Add the radishes, parsley and cheese, toss well and serve warm.
