Pasta And Bean Salad
|Small shell pasta||300 Gram|
|Shelled broad beans||500 Gram|
|Crushed black peppercorns||1 Teaspoon|
|Sambal oelek/Tabasco sauce to taste||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken stock/Vegetable stock||600 Milliliter|
|Radishes||12 , thinly sliced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||60 Gram|
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until just tender; drain.
Heat butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
Add broad beans, pepper and sambal oelek or tabasco.
Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
Add stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes; drain.
Mix pasta and broad bean mixture in a salad bowl.
Add the radishes, parsley and cheese, toss well and serve warm.
