Salami Cheese Salad
|Torn leaf lettuce||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Salami slices||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in quarters|
|Natural swiss cheese||4 Ounce, cut into strips|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chopped pimiento||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed|
Combine lettuce, salami, cheese, olives, pimiento, and anchovies.
In screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, and garlic for dressing.
Cover; shake well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
