Salami Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Torn leaf lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salami slices 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in quarters
  Natural swiss cheese 4 Ounce, cut into strips
  Sliced pitted ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chopped pimiento 3 Tablespoon
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine lettuce, salami, cheese, olives, pimiento, and anchovies.
In screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, and garlic for dressing.
Cover; shake well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
