Ingredients
  Shredded lettuce 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Shredded spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh)
  Greek olives 6 , pitted and sliced
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Radish 1 , sliced
  Italian salad dressing 3 Tablespoon (Commercial)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Pita bread rounds 3 , cut in half (6 Inch)
  Thinly sliced cooked roast beef 6 Ounce, chopped
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients; toss gently.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese inside each bread half; fill each with equal portions of roast beef and salad mixture.
