|Tomatoes||4 Large, sliced|
|Turnip||2 , sliced (Raw)|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, unpared and sliced|
|Green onion with tops||2|
|Sweet pickles||1 Tablespoon (Whole)|
|Green pepper strips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter.
Place olives in center of platter.
Form 6 vegetable "spokes" by alternating slices of tomato, turnip, and cucumber.
Arrange groupings of radishes, onions, and pickles between spokes.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley and green pepper rings.
