Salad wheel is a mixed vegetable composed salad made with turnips, tomatoes and cucumbers. Shaped and oarranged as a wheel with spokes, the salad wheel is parsleyed and pepped up with sweet pickles. An enjoyable salad served as a side, it€™s a real pleaser for dinner parties.
  Leaf lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Pitted green olives 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ripe)
  Tomatoes 4 Large, sliced
  Turnip 2 , sliced (Raw)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, unpared and sliced
  Radish roses 10
  Green onion with tops 2
  Sweet pickles 1 Tablespoon (Whole)
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Green pepper strips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter.
Place olives in center of platter.
Form 6 vegetable "spokes" by alternating slices of tomato, turnip, and cucumber.
Arrange groupings of radishes, onions, and pickles between spokes.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley and green pepper rings.
