Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garbanzo beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce 1 , chopped (For Garnish)
  Green pepper ring 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Combine oils, vinegar and salt in a small bowl; mix well with fork to make marinade.
In large bowl, combine garbanzo beans, parsley, celery and green onion.
Pour marinade over mixture and toss lightly.
Stir in chopped pimiento and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
