Tuna Potato Salad
|Potatoes||2 Medium, pared|
|Italian salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Torn leaf lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||9 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , quartered|
|Swiss cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cut into strips|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook potatoes in small amount of water for 20 to 25 minutes, till tender.
Slice into salad bowl.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons dressing and parsley.
Layer remaining ingredients on top except 1/2 cup Italian dressing.
Before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
