  Canned pineapple chunks 12 Ounce, drain and save juice (1 Large Can)
  Pecan meats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon

Combine sugar, salt, flour, egg, pineapple and lemon juice.
Cook until thick and add 1 Tbsp. butter.
Stir constantly and mix with pineapple and nuts.
Chill before serving.
Whipped cream may be added.
