Black Bean Chili Salad

Jicama, corn, tomato, green onion and a spicy dressing provide a flavorful alternative to the average bean salad.
Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, finely chopped
  Frozen whole kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs) (rinsed to thaw)
  Diced jicama 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped (seeded)
  Green onions 2 Medium, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  Canned black beans 30 Ounce, rinsed (Progresso®)
Directions

1. In large glass or plastic bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
2. Stir in all salad ingredients.
