Pasta Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a jar, combine green onion, vinegar, vegetable oil, olive oil, parsley, garlic, basil, dillweed, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano and mustard.
Cover tightly.
Shake vigorously until well mixed.
