Sauerkraut Salad

This Sauerkraut Salad tastes yummy ! I simply can't do without a generous helping of this salad on my pasta dishes. Please try this unique Sauerkraut Salad out and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Canned sauerkraut 29 Ounce, drained (One #2 1/2 Ounce Can)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine sauerkraut, celery, pepper, onion and pimento in large bowl.
In a jar combine oil, vinegar and sugar.
Stir to dissolve sugar and then shake.
Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for a few hours.
This salad keeps well in refrigerator for a week or so.
