Nicoise Salad

Saladenicoise is a french mixed vegetable salad recipe prepared with anchovy fillets. Dressed with oil and vinegar, the Saladenicoise is pepped up with mustard and flavored with garlic to taste.
Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 1 Small, separated into leaves
  Potatoes 6 Medium, diced and cooked (Cold)
  French beans 10 Ounce, cold cooked and cut into lengths
  Tomatoes 6 , blanched, peeled and quartered
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Anchovy fillets 6 , halved
  Black olives 10 , stoned
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  French mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange the lettuce leaves in a large salad bowl.
Put the potatoes, beans, tomatoes and garlic into the centre of the bowl.
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing together, then pour over the vegetables.
Garnish with the anchovies, olives and capers.
