|Potatoes||6 Medium, diced and cooked (Cold)|
|French beans||10 Ounce, cold cooked and cut into lengths|
|Tomatoes||6 , blanched, peeled and quartered|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Anchovy fillets||6 , halved|
|Black olives||10 , stoned|
|Olive oil||2 Ounce (50 Milliliter)|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|French mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a large salad bowl.
Put the potatoes, beans, tomatoes and garlic into the centre of the bowl.
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing together, then pour over the vegetables.
Garnish with the anchovies, olives and capers.
