Patio Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Potatoes 7 Medium, cooked, peeled, and diced
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; add next 6 ingredients and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Cook and stir over low heat till bubbly.
Remove from heat; add onion and mayonnaise.
Cool.
Combine potatoes and hard-cooked eggs; gently fold in dressing.
Chill.
Just before serving, sprinkle with paprika
