Ingredients
  Cooked liver 6 Ounce, diced
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained, rinsed (Cooked Or Canned)
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Medium, diced
  Apple 1 Medium, unpeeled, cored and diced
  Diced pimento 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients, except lettuce.
Chill in bowl.
Unmold on a bed of lettuce.
