Onion And Avocado Salad
|Streaky bacon||2 Ounce, denuded (About 50 Gram)|
|Avocado pear||1⁄2 , stoned|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Crisp lettuce||3 , shredded|
|Spring onions||2 , chopped|
|Salted peanuts||1 Ounce (About 25 Gram)|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
Cook the bacon under a preheated medium grill until crisp.
Chop into small pieces and leave to cool.
Peel and slice the avocado.
Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Add the lettuce, spring onions, bacon, peanuts and French dressing.
Toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
