Onion And Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Streaky bacon 2 Ounce, denuded (About 50 Gram)
  Avocado pear 1⁄2 , stoned
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Crisp lettuce 3 , shredded
  Spring onions 2 , chopped
  Salted peanuts 1 Ounce (About 25 Gram)
  French dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook the bacon under a preheated medium grill until crisp.
Chop into small pieces and leave to cool.
Peel and slice the avocado.
Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Add the lettuce, spring onions, bacon, peanuts and French dressing.
Toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
