Turkey Salad Wiches

Turkey salad wiches is a sandwich preparation made with hard rolls filled with a tossed turkey filling. Savory and appetizing, the turkey salad wiches can be served as light lunch or as supper.
  Diced cooked turkey 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Toasted chopped almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped canned pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Hard rolls 8 , halved lengthwise

In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Blend in mayonnaise; chill.
Scoop out center of roll halves to make slight hollow; toast.
Fill each half with about 1/2 cup turkey mixture.
