Tuna Spinach Toss

|Torn spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Torn lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained and flaked|
|Swiss cheese||4 Ounce, cut into narrow 2 inch strips|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried tarragon leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
Toss spinach and lettuce in large bowl.
Place onion rings around sides of bowl.
Heap tuna in center; surround with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and dash pepper in screw-top jar; shake.
