Fruit Salad With A Sugar Syrup
|Caster sugar||4 Ounce|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Green grapes||8 Ounce, peeled and pips removed (Use Large Ones)|
|Eating apples||8 Ounce, peeled, cored and sliced|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and segmented|
|Melon||1 Small, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes|
|Pineapple||1 Small, peeled, cored and cut into cubes|
|Orange liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
Dissolve the sugar in the water over a low heat.
Cool, then stir in the lemon juice.
Pour into a serving dish, and stir in the fruit and liqueur.
Chill thoroughly and serve with plenty of cream.
