Pepperoni Salad

Ingredients
  Thin spaghetti 7 Ounce, broken up
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, chopped (About 2 Cups)
  Sliced pepperoni 6 Ounce, quartered
  Cubed cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 1
Directions

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain.
Cover with very cold water; let stand 5 minutes.
Drain.
In large bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, and parsley flakes.
Add cooked spaghetti, chopped tomatoes, pepperoni, cheddar cheese, and green pepper, tossing lightly to coat.
