Salami And Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Shelled cooked broad beans/8 ounce packet of frozen broad / lima beans 1⁄2 Pound (Otherwise Use)
  Salami/Well flavored continental sausage 1⁄4 Pound (In The Piece)
  Onion 1 Small
  Lettuce 1
  Vinaigrette sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Chop onion finely and mix with cold cooked beans.
Skin the sausage, dice it, and mix with other ingredients.
Toss in the vinaigrette sauce and arrange on bed of crisped lettuce.
