Tropical Apple Salad

The tropical apple salad is a rd and yellow apple salad made with added banana and coconut to taste. combined together with a savory dressing of mayonnaise with cream, the tropical apple salad comes with the crunch of walnuts to it.
Ingredients
  Diced unpared red apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced unpared yellow apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1 Large, peeled and sliced
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broken walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Romaine leaves 4
Directions

Combine apple, banana, celery, walnuts, and coconut.
To prepare dressing, blend together mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise mixture; gently fold into apple mixture.
Chill.
Arrange romaine in bowl; spoon in salad.
Garnish with additional unpared apple slices, if desired.
