Tuna Tomato And Zucchini Mold

This Tuna, Tomato and Zucchini Mold tastes terrific. Try out this seafood and vegetable magic and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, diced
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), minced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Shredded scrubbed raw zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tuna 8 Ounce, drained and flaked
Directions

In small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water.
Place saucepan over low heat and stir until gelatin is fully melted and tomatoes are soft, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; add onion flakes, garlic, parsley, oregano and salt.
Chill until mixture is thickened.
Fold in raw zucchini and tuna.
Turn into a quart-size mold.
Chill 3-4 hours or until firm.
