|Red cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded|
|Apples||2 Medium, cored and cut into wedges|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Combine cabbage, apples, vinegar, and brown sugar in saucepan over medium heat. Mix well.
2. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp. Add nutmeg.
