  Red leaf lettuce head 1
  Iceberg lettuce head 1
  Blanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Grated mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granny smith apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut up
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mandarin oranges 2 Can (20 oz), drained
  Bermuda onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Water chestnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Poppy seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
