Peaked Pineapple Salad

Peaked pineapple salad is a mixed fruit and date salad made with added nuts. Dressed with whipped cream and a hint of lemon juice to taste, the peaked pineapple salad is served on lettuce bed with pineapple slices on it.
|Melon balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced pitted dates||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bananas||2 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Chopped macadamia nuts/Chopped toasted almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple slices||21 Ounce, chilled|
Combine melon balls, dates, bananas, and nuts.
Whip cream with sugar, lemon juice, and salt till soft peaks form.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Top each lettuce-lined plate with one pineapple slice; pile fruit mixture over.
