Confetti Jello Salad
|Jello of four flavors||3 Ounce (1 Package, Including Orange, Lime, Cherry And Lemon)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint|
Dissolve orange, lime and cherry Jello separately, each in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Place in individual 8 x 8-inch pans and allow to set in refrigerator.
When firm, take knife and cut into small, not uniform, pieces and put all Jello together in a large bowl.
Dissolve the lemon Jello in boiling pineapple juice, add sugar, mix and refrigerate until consistency of egg whites.
Beat cream and fold into lemon Jello mix and then fold into confetti Jello pieces.
It is beautiful when put in a mold to set and serve.
