Strawberry And Spinach Salad
|Spinach||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Wonton skins||12 , cut into 4 triangles|
|Fresh bacon bits/2 tablespoons dried bacon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pepper red||1⁄2 , finely chopped|
|Bermuda onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Strawberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Toast almonds in butter with 3 tablespoons of sugar in a frying pan.
Fry wonton skins.
Combine all ingredients into a large salad bowl.
Just before serving, add desired amount of dressing.
You can increase ingredients if more are desired.
