Spinach And Lettuce Salad

|Fresh spinach||2 Bunch (200 gm), washed and dried|
|Iceberg lettuce head||1 Small, washed and dried|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Fresh mushrooms||3⁄4 Pound, washed and sliced|
|Poppy seed||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dried minced onion/Chopped onion||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Swiss cheese||3⁄4 Pound, cut into small strips|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, cooked crisp and crumbled|
|Dried mustard||1⁄3 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Dressing: Place in blender; blend well.
Pour over salad just before serving.
May not need all of the dressing.
