Ingredients
  Juice packed crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apples 2 , diced or sliced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Walnuts 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

1. Toss pineapple, apples, and celery together gently. Chill.
2. Spoon onto a lettuce leaf. Top each serving with 1 teaspoon walnuts.
