Healthy Potato Salad
This Potato Salad is incredible ! Wipe off all wrong notions that say potato is an unlikely element for a salad ! An innovative salad dish is this Potato salad ! |Potato||3 Ounce, boiled or baked|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Teaspoon, reconstituted in 1 tablespoon water|
|Pepper flakes||1 Teaspoon, reconstituted in 1 tablespoon water|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives/Chives||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
Boil or bake the potato with its skin on, and peel while it's warm.
Combine remaining ingredients (except pimento and chives) and stir gently into diced potatoes.
Let stand in refrigerator half an hour or more.
