Apricot Salad

Ingredients
  Apricots 1 Can (10 oz), drained, liquid reserved
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound, shredded
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
Directions

In a flat dish place a layer of apricots, a layer of cheese, and a layer of pecans.
Combine apricot liquid, sugar, flour, and egg in a saucepan; cook until thickened.
Pour over fruit cheese mixture and chill before serving.
