|Apricots||1 Can (10 oz), drained, liquid reserved|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound, shredded|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
In a flat dish place a layer of apricots, a layer of cheese, and a layer of pecans.
Combine apricot liquid, sugar, flour, and egg in a saucepan; cook until thickened.
Pour over fruit cheese mixture and chill before serving.
