Party Chicken Salad is an easy to prepare side dish which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Coarsely diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless white grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chilled and chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blanched almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved or slivered
Directions

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and salt; chill several hours.
Add celery, grapes, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and almonds; toss lightly.
Season salad with salt to taste.
