Gourmet Potato Salad
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked sliced potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Blue cheese||10 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)|
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, and salt.
Pour over potatoes, onions, celery, green pepper, and eggs; mix carefully.
Chill several hours to blend flavors.
Fold in blue cheese just before serving.
