|Lettuce head||1 Small, coarsely chopped or shredded|
|Chopped celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped red onion||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned small english peas||26 Ounce, drained (3 Cans 8.5 Ounce Cans)|
|Mayonnaise||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
|Bacon slices||6 , cooked and crumbled|
Layer lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion, and peas in a large salad bowl; spread mayonnaise evenly over top.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
