Seven-Layer Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1 Small, coarsely chopped or shredded
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned small english peas 26 Ounce, drained (3 Cans 8.5 Ounce Cans)
  Mayonnaise 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked and crumbled
Directions

Layer lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion, and peas in a large salad bowl; spread mayonnaise evenly over top.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
