  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Walnuts 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Nutmeg To Taste
  Coarsely grated carrot 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw)
  Pineapple slices 4 Large

Shred salad greens and spread over flat platter.
Sprinkle carrots over greens in 4 mounds.
Top each mound with pineapple slice.
Spread mayonnaise over pineapple.
Sprinkle with walnut pieces.
Grate fresh nutmeg all over.
