Frozen Fruit Salad Supreme
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Marshmallows||12 , cut into pieces|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint, whipped|
|Fruit cocktail||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
Combine eggs, sugar, and vinegar in top of double boiler.
Cook over hot (not boiling) water until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add marsh mallows; stir until all are dissolved.
Fold in whipped cream and fruit cocktail.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze until firm.
